What are your shipping & processing times?

We typically ship within 24 hours once the order has been placed.

Standard shipping times are 3-4 business days. Excluding peak holiday seasons.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping for 19.95.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns / exchanges if these requirements are met

* Returns must be processed within 15  days of original purchase. Refund will be credited back to original form of payment

* Items can be exchanged or you may be issued a store credit with in 30 days of original purchase

* Items must be unworn, unwashed and in  original selling condition

*Sale items are final sale

*We do not accept returns on plants, candles, jewelry or hats

*Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

*No refunds on shipping

How do I start a return?

Please mail your order to the address listed below. Once your package is received we will issue a refund, or store credit based off of the criteria listed above.

Am I responsible for return shipping?

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What if the item I received is damaged/defective?

We stand behind our products. We will gladly return or exchange your items if they are damaged. Please email a photo of the defect within 3 days of receiving the item.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

We understand these things can happen. Unfortunately once the package has left our establishment we are no longer responsible.
